Positions Available:





Days Off (Dishwashing, Housekeeping & Waitressing)


Looking for people with drive, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced establishment. 

The Waiter/Waitresses day starts around 6:00 a.m. as we make lunches for our guests before breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. and we are done by 10:30 a.m. You will have the afternoon off on most days until around 4:00 p.m. when you will need to get ready for the dinner hour. Most nights dinner will be finished around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. 

The Housekeeper/Laundry will start work around 7:30 to clean the lodge bathrooms and sweep/dust. Guests come in for breakfast around 8:00 a.m. so then you would begin cleaning cabins, which includes sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, and leaving fresh towels.  

The Dishwasher starts around 7:00 a.m. to do the breakfast dishes and you are usually done by 10:30 a.m. You will have the afternoon free and will need to be back in the kitchen around 4:30 p.m. to do the dinner dishes and chores after dinner such as mopping the floor. You should be done by 9:30 p.m. There might also be times when you will help the chef with the peeling and cutting of vegetables. You would be responsible for the cleanliness of all aspects of the kitchen, including: the dish room, sinks, the kitchen, garbage disposal areas, walk ins, plates & glasses. 

The Baker starts around 6:30 a.m. to have pastries or muffins ready for the guests at breakfast. Once those are finished the baker bakes cookies for next-day lunches, bread for dinner, and a few different desserts options for after dinner like pie, cake, creme brûlée, parfaits, etc. Once baking is finished, there is time to relax before 4:00 p.m. when it is time to come back down to get ready for dinner. During dinner, the baker helps the chef plate meals. 

The Days off person will cover each staff members day off which would include, waiting tables 3 days a week, housekeeping 2 days a week, and washing dishes 1 day a week. 

All jobs start beginning of June and finish the end of September.
